The only thing Forever 21 is missing is knee socks, which I find pretty shocking. But you might already even have a pair in your sock drawer.

If you search around Forever 21, finding a costume is a cinch. And the best part is, you can wear the pieces after Halloween is over. The first outfit I found is of my fave TV character, Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl. Now she’s being lame at NYU, so I’d rather dress like Queen B at her prime when she ruled Constance.

I just saw this F21 It! in Rachel Zoe’s The Zoe Report. Her tip? Wear it over a white blouse and jeans for day and under a tuxedo jacket with nothing underneath for night. If you’re hesitant about going bare, I suggest layering it over this floral corset. You get the same sexy effect without having to worry about indecent exposure.

Usually the celeb look is way more. But Kim Kardashian’s bestie actually wore Forever 21 last night at GQ, NSF and The Humane Society’s party to benefit the Stop Puppy Mills Project. Normally the model/DJ/Sorority Row actress looks super skinny but this dress does her body good.
