Rating: Buy it Never

Quality:  It might photograph well but in real life this necklace looks like it was handcrafted by fifth-grader with a black ribbon and tacky rhinestones.

Versatility: You could give the rhinestones back to the fifth grader and tie the ribbon in your hair.

Trend Factor: Bad take on the ribbon necklace trend. Not to mention, late take. Lanvin had much prettier versions back in their 2008 fall collection.
